Register your school to be part of the 2025 Quiz & Science Exhibition Competition organized by the Faculty of Science, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.

It is open ONLY to senior secondary science students who are in SS2 in Nigeria. Schools are to express interest by registering ONLY three (3) representatives. The name, passport photograph and admission number of each representative are required.

QUIZ Competition (Compulsory for all schools)

• There will be first, second and final rounds. The first and second rounds will be virtual (online) while the final round will be conducted physically at the campus of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.
• For the 1st and 2nd rounds of the Quiz, candidates are expected to answer 100 random online questions in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. They are expected to answer the questions as best and as quickly as they can and click the submit button. Only qualified candidates will advance to the next round.
• The ten (10) best candidates will be invited to the finals while the best three candidates at the finals will receive mouth watering awards at the opening ceremony of the Faculty of Science International Conference on Monday 12th May, 2025.

Science Exhibition (Optional: Only for interested schools)

• The Science Quiz Committee will propose three (3) projects for the interested registered schools to pick one and work on till Mid-April (19th April, 2025) and upload a short video clip to a link that will be provided at that time. Selected project(s) will receive mouth watering awards and will be exhibited by the qualified school(s) at the opening ceremony of the Faculty of Science International Conference on Monday 12th May, 2025.

• Registration ends: Sunday 2nd February, 2025
• Quiz 1st Round: Wednesday 19th February 2025 (Online)
• Quiz 2nd Round: Wednesday 19th March, 2025 (Online)
• Quiz Final Round: Monday 12th May, 2025 (Physical)
• Exhibition Final Round: Monday 12th May, 2025 (Physical)
